If you have any of the below roles, please see the following instructions.

Team Manager - U7s - U18's (including youth)
First Aider - U7s - U18's (including youth)
Coach - U7s - U18's (including youth)
Referee - U7s - U18's (including youth)

1. Every season, and prior to your participation in community rugby, you must register yourself vie the WRU Game Locker - https://www.wrugamelocker.wales/. The date that registration opens for each season is usually 1st June. 

2. If you are a new volunteer, click 'register' and choose the applicable options. If you are a returning volunteer, you can login to your existing Game Locker account and select 'reregister/update profile'.

3. You will then be presented with the registration form to complete and submit.

4. Make sure you select your role, club, and team before you press submit. 

5. If you do not have a current DBS, or your DBS expires within 90 days of the date you are registering, then you will be sent an email from wsa.wales@noreply.screening-services.co.uk with instructions on how to proceed with your DBS application.

6. If you have a DBS which expires in more than 90 days, you will be able to continue your registration (proceed to point 8) and you will be asked to renew your DBS check by email closer to the time in which your current DBS expires.

7. You must follow the instructions on the email, and complete your DBS application. Once your DBS application is complete, and your certificate is issued, your registration will then be able to be approved by your club. If your DBS has any issues your Club Safeguarding Officer will be in touch.

8. Your registration is now with your club to approve. Once they approve your registration, you will get a notification to your email. Your registration is now complete. 

9. You can track the process of your registration at anytime by logging in to your Game Locker account.
