On occasion, you may see volunteers with a 'suspended' mark against their record.
How suspensions work:
- if a volunteer who registers with your club fails to renew their DBS before any existing DBS certificate expires, their role which requires a DBS will be suspended.
- For example, if Dai Jones has a DBS expiring in January 2023, they will get a NEW DBS application triggered in October 2022. Dai has a period of 3 months to complete his new DBS applictaion.
- If Dai fails to complete his new DBS application before January 2023, then his role will be suspended until the new DBS application is completed.
- One a new DBS application is completed, the suspended role will no longer be suspended automatically.

A CSO will be able to see that in their MYWRU CSO view.
Volunteers will be able to see if their roles are suspended via their Game Locker profile
CCRC's can see suspended status' of Referees andCoaches
Club Secs can view suspended status' for Team Managers and First Aiders
