As a Club Safeguarding Officer, once you receive your induction from the WRU Safeguarding Team, you will gain access to www.mywru.co.uk

Once you have logged in, click on the 'Safeguarding' tab at the top of the page. It will then take you to the following screen, where you can access relevant safeguarding documents.

Managing Volunteers DBS'
Beneath the list of documents, you will see an option to 'click here to manage volunteers'.
This will take you to the following page, where you can view all volunteers in your club and their DBS application status and certifications.

Filter: You can select this to display all volunteers within your club, or those that do or don't have a DBS
'All volunteers' will display all non-playing volunteers in your club that have a DBS
'All with a DBS certificate' will show all non-playing volunteers and players in your club that have a DBS.
'DBS expiring within 90 days' will show all non-playing volunteers in your club that have a DBS expiring within 90 days.
'DBS application in process' will show any applicant which has a DBS in process.
'Pending registrations' will show all volunteers that have registered that are on any of your clubs pending lists to approve.


Club: If you are a CSO of multiple clubs/hubs you can use this to switch between either

Required DBS Filter: Selecting this will display only roles which are required to have a DBS under our safeguarding policy, and whether those individuals have a DBS or not
