To become a Club Safeguarding Officer, you must contact the secretary of your club, and the Welsh Rugby Union at Integrity@wru.wales.
You will then be inducted, and DBS checked. You will then be given access to the systems you require (MYWRU) in order to manage DBS applications for your club.
If you are a current CSO, but are planning on leaving your role, you must contact your club secretary and the Welsh Rugby Union at Integrity@wru.wales.
