From 5th July 2021, the WRU moved to a new DBS system. This means as a CSO you will no longer get access to the old system from that date, including any DBS applications that were on that system.
From July 5th 2021, the DBS system to be used by CSO's is https://secure.mapitandgo.co.uk/sites/wru/index.html
Within that system, you will be able to see the DBS applications that have been generated by volunteers registering with your club.
You may see an option to 'manual create DBS'. Do not use this option. You will not need to generate new DBS applications for any of your volunteers or yourself from July 5th 2021. All applications are generated by the volunteer registering via the WRU Game Locker
