In your list of pending Referees, First Aiders, Team Managers, or Coaches you will see all volunteers that have registered for your club that are awaiting your approval.
If the volunteer has an up to date DBS, then they will be green and you will be able to approve them.
If the volunteer does not have an up to date DBS then you will not be able to approve them until the volunteer updates their DBS.
The below screenshot illustrates an U14's Referee that has registered, but does not have a valid DBS, and therefore cannot be approved yet.
