For the purpose of registrations, each season usually ends May 31st.
This means that all on field volunteer's roles (coach, team manager, first aider, referee) will end on that day.
If you have registered close to the end of a season as one of those roles, it's likely your DBS application will not be completed until after the season ends.
Your DBS application however will still go through, and you do not need to take any further action.
When you reregister for the new season, the system will recognize that you have a DBS in progress, and the process will continue as normal.
